Pottery Plaster

USG No. 1 pottery plaster produces a break-resistant, smooth wearing mold designed for slip casting and jiggering applications. Formulated to provide stronger, longer-lasting ceramic slip cast molds and is the industry standard for sanitary-ware and dinnerware casting. It has a recommended use consistency by weight of 70 parts water to 100 parts plaster and has a standard machine mix Vicat set of 14-24 minutes. Qualifying Standard: U.S. Gypsum.
